Paying for Outcomes; Using OKR's to hire hight-performing managers

This presentation has garnered a lot of interest. At a time when managers at all levels of the organization can't find the time to think, it can be hard to slow down and take full advantage of the opportunity presented by management-level turnover or expansion.


Using Outcomes and Key Results (OKR's), as developed at once tiny organizations like Google, Intel, and the Gates Foundation, to identify and hire high-performing managers while creating more alignment in mission, strategic direction, and people power may take some time but the return on this investment can be huge.
